A) She says &amp;quot;Oh, you&amp;#39;re right. I didn&amp;#39;t see it like that&amp;quot;/&amp;quot;Well, I&amp;#39;m sorry that I made you uncomfortable. I don&amp;#39;t want that.&amp;quot; and back off to a healthy level. Nicely.  &lt;br /&gt;If the daughter does eventually like the teen, she doesn&amp;#39;t need her mom having a closer relationship with her future husband, than she has.
